Newmark Arranges Broadshore Lease Renewal at Landmark I

Real estate investment firm Broadshore Capital Partners has renewed their 11,000-square-foot lease at Landmark I, a 24-story Class-A building in Los Angeles. Newmark’s Senior Managing Director Steven Salas, Managing Director AJ Dorn and Brokerage Services Specialist Kelly Reinker represented the tenant in the transaction.

“With an upcoming lease expiration, we undertook a market analysis to evaluate options in the market,” said Dorn. “The Landmark I building is set to undergo a major capital improvement program including a new lobby and tenant amenity area. We were able to put together a great economic deal that offers our client optimal flexibility in the years ahead.”

Located at 11755 Wilshire Blvd., Landmark I is a LEED-Gold certified building with a wide variety of amenities including EV chargers, Amazon locker service, an on-site salon, restaurants and banking.
