Newmark Arranges $82M Refinancing for Atlanta Condo Property

Newmark has arranged an $82 million loan to refinance 788 West Midtown, a 279-unit luxury condominium unit in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood.

With a location nearby Atlantic Station and Georgia Tech, 788 West Midtown has drawn significant demand due to its location and luxury finishes at a value price point compared to other condos or high-rise rental options in the area. Roughly 40% of the inventory at the property is already sold.

Jordan Roeschlaub, Dustin Stolly, Chris Kramer, Nick Scribani and Ben Kroll of Newmark secured the loan on behalf of the developer, McKinley Homes. The loan was provided by Cerberus.
