Newmark Arranges 80K-SF Leases at NJ River Centre
Newmark has secured over 80,000 square feet of leases and renewals at River Centre in Red Bank, NJ.
The recent leasing activity includes Med Metrix signing for 16,186 square feet, Seventy2 Capital securing 14,000 square feet, and Sycamore Medica Management leasing 16,925 square feet. The six-building, 668,107-square-foot Class A office campus, owned by Paramount Realty and First Mile Capital/Crown Acquisitions, is located at the interchange on the Garden State Parkway and Route 520.
River Centre’s tenants include UBS, Withum, Wells Fargo, Innocor FXI, and Achieve 3000. The property is set to undergo $25 million in complex-wide upgrades. Newmark’s Jamie Drummond and Andrew Perrotti are the asset’s exclusive agents.
