Newmark Arranges 142K-SF R&D Lease in Bedford 

Newmark has arranged a 142,224-square-foot, long-term lease for Persimmon Technologies, a robotics and electric motors company, at 35 Crosby Drive in Bedford, MA. The facility will serve as their North American headquarters, encompassing offices, manufacturing, testing, and R&D. 

Newmark’s Richard Ruggiero, Torin Taylor, Matthew Adams, and Rory Walsh, facilitated the lease on behalf of the property owner, W. P. Carey. Colliers represented Persimmon Technologies in the transaction. 

Located near the Route 128 Tech Corridor, the facility underwent transformation from light assembly and office use to an R&D center and is expected to be completed by late 2025.
