Newmark Arranges $10M Sale of Atlanta Industrial Property

Newmark has arranged the $10 million sale of Cobblestone Business Park, a two-building industrial property featuring 97,859 square feet of warehouse and office space in the Northwest Metropolitan area of Atlanta.

Built in 1998 and 2000, the two industrial buildings have a total of 233 parking spaces, nine loading docks and two entrance access locations directly off Highway 92 and Londonderry Drive in Woodstock, GA. The property is located at 100-110 Londonderry Court. The warehouses are situated on a more than seven-acre site and feature brick construction, 22-foot clear heights and 40 by 40 foot column spacing. The building can accommodate contiguous space requirements from 5,000 square feet to 59,000 square feet.

Peter Everett and Matt Tritschler of Newmark represented the seller, Maybrook Realty Inc., in the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed.
