Newmark Appointed as Leasing Agent for Paramus Offices

Newmark has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Premium Capital Resources’ 115 W. Century Rd., a 240,000-square-foot, Class A office building located in Paramus, NJ. The firm’s Jeff Schotz, Dan Reider, John Crawford and Jack Barclay will spearhead marketing/leasing efforts.

Fully modernized through a 2016–2018 renovation program, the property features a renovated lobby, concierge desk with onsite security, a 65-seat conference center, an onsite café, a fitness center with locker and shower facilities, executive parking and onsite property management. Approximately 54,000 square feet of flexible office and medical space remains available on the first and third floors.

The property is in a prime Bergen County location, according to Newmark, with immediate access to major thoroughfares, including the Garden State Parkway and Route 17. It’s surrounded by numerous retail, dining, and hospitality options such as Garden State Plaza, Trader Joe’s, PGA Tour Superstore, Houlihan’s, Starbucks and multiple hotels.
