Newly Revamped, Rebranded Dallas Medical Office Signs Four New Tenants

Transwestern Real Estate Services has landed four new tenants in its recently renovated, rebranded Dallas medical office building. Now called 411 N. Washington Ave., the formerly-called Landry Tower, completed approximately $9 million in renovations in 2022, including a new 51,000-square-foot Cowboys Fit fitness facility. Global design firm Perkins+Will designed the building renovations.

Transwestern has leased more than 50,000 square feet in recent months, with four new tenants committing to the building.  Notable leases and expansions include Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation, Epiphany Dermatology, Dallas Nephrology Associates, Midwife + Co, and Texas Spine Care Center. Transwestern’s Chris Lipscomb and Laney Delin provide Agency Leasing services on behalf of the building owner, Healthcare Realty (NYSE: HR).

The building offers convenient access to a nearby medical center campus and features free covered patient drop-off and pick-up areas.
