Newly-Renovated Creative Office Campus in Irvine Trades Hands
The Airport Professional Center campus in Irvine traded hands in a deal valued in the neighborhood of $13 million. The asset consists of two creative office buildings totaling 39,866 square feet within the Irvine Business Complex. The buyer was a private investor with ties to an Orange County-based custom wheel manufacturer. The seller was KP Airport Professional Center, LLC.
The single-story buildings at 17838 to 17880 Fitch are situated on roughly two acres. Renovated in 2009 and again in 2017, the campus features subterranean parking, abundant natural light, fully improved suites with turn-key improvements, an outdoor courtyard and patio areas.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Cole, Ed Hernandez, Nico Napolitano and Brad Brandenburg brokered the sale. Colliers International’s Joe Winkelmann and Michael Hartel provided local market advisory.
Cole says, “Airport Professional Center is an institutional-grade creative building that was renovated with state-of-the art modern improvements allowing for minimal near-term capital improvements and offers an attractive low-rise option in the Airport Area.”
