Newly-Renovated Country Inn & Suites Trades in WI

The Minneapolis office of Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of the 65-key Country Inn &Suites Fond du Lac in Fond du Lac, WI. Pricing wasn’t disclosed.

Jon Ruzicka, Jake Erickson and Jared Plamann, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Minneapolis office and members of its National Hospitality Group, marketed the property on behalf of a limited liability company.  The team also procured the undisclosed buyer.

Todd Lindblom, regional manager of the firm’s Milwaukee office, assisted in closing the deal. This property marks the Upper Midwest’s 37th hotel this team has sold since 2013.

Located at 121 Merwin Way in Fond Du Lac, the property presented a rare opportunity to acquire an upper midscale property that was extensively renovated to Radisson’s most recent standards. It had received numerous franchise awards for the level of renovation.

Radison’s Country Inn & Suites brand is part of the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.
