Newly-Built New Canaan MOB Signs First Tenant

NKF has arranged the first lease at 23 Vitti St., a new medical office building in downtown New Canaan, CT. The firm’s Tim Rorick and Jack McDermott represented the landlord, Cambridge Hanover and its partner Collins Enterprises LLC, while Christian Bangert represented the tenant, Riverside Pediatrics, in its 3,000-square-foot lease of approximately half of the second floor.

The two-story, 8,700-square-foot building is the first new medical office construction in New Canaan in over two decades. It’s part of a larger mixed-use development that will also include two residential condominiums and eight apartments.

“Riverside Pediatrics was searching for a suitable location that could provide its clientele easy access and ample parking, and allow Riverside to expand its premier medical practice within lower Fairfield County,” said Bangert. This will be the 58-year-old medical practice’s second office.

NKF is continuing to market the property’s additional 5,000 square feet of medical office space.
