Newly Built Multifamily Property in Illinois Trades Hands

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of The Jade Residences of Waterfall Glen, a 70-unit apartment property located in Darien, Illinois.

Ryan D. Engle, senior managing director, Kyle Stengle, senior managing director, and Andrean Angelov, senior vice president, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office and Chicago Downtown office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Engle and Angelov procured the buyer, also a private investor.

The Jade Residences of Waterfall Glen is situated on 2.81 acres at 2305 Sokol Court, approximately 26 miles southwest of the downtown Chicago Loop. Built in 2024, the building features 24 one-bedroom units and 46 two-bedroom units, with an average unit size of 977 square feet.
