Newly Built Apartments Trade in San Diego’s Golden Hill Neighborhood

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Chenore Ridge, a 12-unit apartment property located in San Diego. The sale price was $6,300,000.

Raymond S. Choi, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Chenore Ridge II LLC. The buyer, Rust Multifamily 3093 Broadway LLC, was secured and represented by Choi.

“It is one of the few new construction closings recently in San Diego County,” said Choi. “The seller preferred to carry the first trust deed for steady interest income and the buyer was looking for a turnkey pride of ownership asset to hold long-term.”

Chenore Ridge is located at 3093 Broadway in San Diego. The property is located in the popular Golden Hill neighborhood and was built in 2024.

“Golden Hill has become a vibrant residential community loaded with history and culture, catering to the needs of young urban professionals and local families alike,” Choi said.
