Newk’s Eatery, a Mississippi-based fast-casual restaurant company, is placing its first franchise location at Hall Park, Hall Group’s 2.5-million-square-foot office park in Frisco, TX. Specifically, Newk’s is taking 4,500 square feet at Park Plaza, the development’s new 15,000-square-foot retail space. The restaurant is the first retail tenant in the space.

David Zoller with Weitzman represented the landlord. Don Miller with Venture Commercial represented Newk’s. Cheek Holdings LLC is the local franchise for Newk’s in North Texas.

The Frisco location will open in spring, making it the second branded restaurant in North Texas. Newk’s opened its first North Texas location in 2013, in Plano.

The 162-acre Hall Park fronts the Dallas North Tollway, just south of Warren Parkway. The site contains 16 completed office buildings. Hall Group began construction on number 17 in September of last year, which will be completed in late 2018.
