NewcrestImage Starts Construction on 81K-SF Office for Silverlake Crossings

Hotel developer NewcrestImage has embarked on a new project, an 80,806-square-foot, four floor office building in Grapevine, TX’s Silverlake Crossings. The project is on SH 26, will deliver in summer 2020, and will include 20,000 square feet for the company’s headquarters. Chris Taylor and Christy Thelen of Cushman & Wakefield are consulting on the design, and will perform leasing of the building’s available 60,000 square feet.

Silverlake Crossings is NewcrestImage’s 52-acre, master-planned development on Bass Pro Court Drive. In addition to offering 400 residential units, 15 acres of parkland and 30,000 square feet of retail and dining space, the development includes six NewcrestImage hotels.

“This is a dynamic micro-community that offers lots of convenient options and amenities for our hotel guests, our employees, and our tenants,” said NewcrestImage’s Mahul Patel.
