Newcastle Completes $70M Sale of Santa Clara Campus
Great America Parkway, a 224,522-square-foot, three-building office campus in Santa Clara, CA, has been sold for a reported $69.5 million. The seller was Newcastle Partners, while the buyer was GA Parkway Property LLC.
The office complex is located at 2903, 2993 and 5200 (pictured) Great America Parkway in the heart of Silicon Valley, near the light rail, Santa Clara Convention Center, numerous hotels and Levi’s Stadium. The property features various size floor plates, abundant window lines and an open layout, which accommodates both full building users and multi-tenant.
Newcastle produced a creative office campus, via an architectural renovation of the entire project and finalization of common areas. That included completing all aspects of repositioning, including re-leasing, renovating outdoor common area work spaces, and upgrading tenant improvements.
