New York Stem Cell Foundation Opens in 330,000SF Life Science Hub
May 2, 2017
The New York Stem Cell Foundation opened it’s new 40,000-square-foot laboratory and research facility at 619 West 54th St. on Manhattan’s Far West Side.
“We believe this facility represents the beginning of a new life science hub in New York City, and NYSCF’s presence will help draw additional biotech companies to the area,” said Paul Pariser, co-CEO of Taconic Investment Partners, part of the investment partnership that owns the 330,000-square-foot property.
The building currently has over 90,000 square feet of space available, which Taconic is marketing to other life science and office tenants. In December, New York City announced its LifeSci NYC program, a $500-million initiative to establish New York City as a leading life science hub.
