New York State Police Signs Two-Year Cazenovia College Lease  

Cazenovia College in Central New York will be the new home of the New York State Police Auxiliary Academy through a two-year lease arranged by A&G Real Estate Partners.  

The lease provides access to the college’s 27-acre main campus and athletic complex. The move is part of Governor Kathy Hochul’s plan to strengthen public safety in the state. The leased space can accommodate up to 275 recruits and 115 instructors.  

A&G Real Estate Partners is also entertaining inquiries for the purchase or lease of the college’s 244-acre equestrian and horse-industry education center. The center features indoor and outdoor arenas, a guesthouse, and additional land for potential creative use.
