- SL Green Realty Corp. announced that Jason Maurer has joined the company as managing director, overseeing retail leasing across the company’s portfolio and office leasing for Green Property Services, SL Green’s growing third-party asset management platform. Maurer joins SL Green from Brookfield Properties, where he most recently served as EVP and Head of Leasing for North America.
- JLL has appointed Angela Gentry as Market Lead for New York, where she will lead growth strategy, financial performance, recruitment and talent development alongside Peter Riguardi, Chairman and President of the New York Tri-State Region. Since joining JLL in 2022, Gentry has helped develop and scale the firm’s business development platform, supporting more than $230 million in business pursuits and contributing to a 131% increase in new business opportunities. She most recently served as Vice Chairman, Leasing Advisory.
- King & Spalding announced that Eddie Frastai has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate & Funds practice group. He is based in the New York office and joins King & Spalding from Clifford Chance, where he was a partner.
- Experienced life sciences and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry leader Al Martino recently joined the Consigli Construction Co., Inc. team as Regional Director – NJ/PA. Equipped with more than 25 years of wide-ranging ownership expertise in the delivery, engineering and asset management of complex facilities and programs for global clients, Martino will lead Consigli’s regional operations and business development efforts.
- Anne S. Babineau, Shareholder and Senior Counsel – Special Projects in the Real Estate and Redevelopment group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., will be inducted into the New Jersey Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA NJ) Hall of Fame at the organization’s 2026 President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Ceremony on Nov. 2, 2026. CREDA NJ uses these awards to acknowledge the vital roles the recipients play in supporting the industry through their exemplary service and commitment to the chapter.
- Workplace experience and facility management firm ISS North America and its corporate food service brand Guckenheimer have launched a Hospitality Advisory Board. The new Board was created to define, test and scale the next generation of workplace hospitality across the Americas. Functioning as an active engine to define modern workplace hospitality, the Hospitality Advisory Board will be chaired by Amelia Ekus, who has spent significant time in the restaurant and hospitality space and was recently elevated to the role of Head of Hospitality & Innovation for ISS and Guckenheimer.
- Helen Herrick, Principal and Managing Director of MBH Architects’ New York office, was honored as one of the five new legionaries inducted into the esteemed Retail Design Legion of Honor during the Retail Design Institute’s 55th International Design Awards program. The ceremony took place on Wednesday, October 21, at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Herrick joins MBH founder John McNulty, inducted in 2023, as the second MBH leader to receive the honor.
