  • CBRE has expanded its asset management capabilities within its U.S. Property Management business, to meet the growing client demand for these services across various property types. Chris Doman will lead U.S. asset management services within the Property Management business. He brings a wealth of experience, having founded and run two companies that provide asset management and (re)development services for institutions and family offices. Lisa Picard joins as senior advisor. Picard was previously the CEO of EQ/Blackstone. 
  • Alternative asset manager Bluerock has hired Tyler Kimball as managing director, head of real estate credit. He will lead Bluerock’s real estate credit platform, overseeing origination, underwriting, portfolio management and asset management across the firm’s real estate credit activities. Kimball previously served as a managing director at Axonic Capital, where he spent over a decade as part of a team that sourced and executed more than $10 billion of real estate transactions. 
  • Hudson Valley Property Group (HVPG), a leading, national affordable housing preservation company, has appointed Kristin Koch as managing director, head of capital raising. The firm also promoted Diana Bellizzi to managing director, head of investor relations, and Matt Doty to CFO & chief compliance officer. 
  • SRS Real Estate Partners has added industry veterans Neill Kelly and Benjamin Gould to its New York office, enhancing the firm’s capabilities in restructuring and dispositions. Kelly joins as SVP & managing principal and will lead the firm’s practice in this specialized area, with Gould joining as VP. Both join from CBRE. 
  • Southern Land Company, a privately held, full-service real estate company that builds and operates residential developments around the country, is looking to hire a Senior Analyst in either New York City or Nashville. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for building financial models, analyzing asset performance, and supporting underwriting efforts including market research, proforma analysis, and return projections. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and development budgets.  Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search.   • SL Green Realty Corp. was awarded the 2026 Urban Land Institute Award for Excellence in Development for One Madison Avenue under the “Office Development” category. Through its Awards for Excellence program, ULI New York honors outstanding development projects that exemplify leadership in shaping the built environment.  
  • Cambridge Wilkinson announced the closing of a $300-million senior lender finance credit facility for an institutional specialty real estate lender. The facility provides scalable, committed capital to support the continued growth of the company’s origination platform, enabling the financing of a diversified portfolio of real estate-backed loans across its target markets.
