  • SitusAMC, a provider of strategic outsourcing, advisory, talent and technology solutions to the real estate finance industry, said that Amanda Dugat, managing director, head of servicing & asset management, has been named chair-elect of Commercial Real Estate Finance Council’s (CREFC) Servicers Forum, where she will help guide industry dialogue and policy development over the coming year. Dugat will serve a one-year term as Chair-Elect, beginning at the CREFC Annual Conference in June 2025. She will then assume the role of Forum Chair in June 2026.  
  • JDC Power Systems, a leading electrical systems integrator exclusively serving the data center market, has appointed John Raio as CEO, effective immediately. He joins JDC from Quality Uptime Services, one of America’s leading independent critical power service organizations, where he served as CEO and a founding member.  
  • Robert J. DiLeo, principal/co-founder of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.; founder of DiLeo Property Group, LLC; and trustee of the DiLeo Family Foundation, accepted a 2025 NJBIZ Icon in Business Award last week. DiLeo was recognized by one of New Jersey’s leading business publications for his decade of community engagement and entrepreneurial achievements within the commercial real estate sector. 
  • Stamford, CT-based Altus Power, a leading commercial-scale provider of clean electric power, acquired a 47.8-megawatt (MW) ground-mounted solar portfolio from Tortoise Capital Advisors, comprised of 15 projects located across Kansas and New York. With this transaction, Altus Power’s portfolio has increased to 26 states and its footprint in New York now exceeds 250 MW, making the state its top market 
  • Balcony, a leader in blockchain-based land record management, has signed a five-year agreement with the Bergen County Clerk’s Office, New Jersey, to digitize and bring 370,000 property deeds on-chain, representing approximately $240 billion in real estate value. The initiative reportedly marks the largest blockchain-based deed tokenization project in U.S. history and will cover New Jersey’s most populous county, home to nearly one million residents and generating $500 million annually in property tax revenue. 
  • Diamond Properties, a commercial real estate development and management firm, has been inducted into the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester’s Hall of Honor during the company’s 30th anniversary year. The recognition celebrates Diamond Properties’ three decades of innovation, revitalization and economic contribution to Westchester County and beyond.
