  • Allen Matkins announced that a leading real estate transactional team is joining the firm in the New York office. Partners Noah Shapiro, Russ Rabinovich, and Lauren Margiano focus on sophisticated commercial leasing transactions, representing landlords and tenants in all aspects of office, retail, hotel, and restaurant lease negotiations. In addition, Senior Counsel Jason Weaderhorn and Associate William Alesi will join the firm. All five join from Holland & Knight. 
  • Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.  announces that Joe Tunas has joined the firm as Technical Director in its Environmental Health and Safety practice, based in Asbury Park, NJ. Tunas will leverage his expertise in industrial hygiene, occupational safety, and environmental compliance to support clients. 
  • Angela Gentry has been promoted to Vice Chairman, Leasing Advisory for the New York Tri-State region at JLL. She currently serves as Executive Managing Director, Sales & Platform for JLL’s New York Tri-State region, a role created specifically for her when she joined the firm in 2022. 
  • Adler & Stachenfeld LLP announced today that Luisa Gutierrez has joined the firm as a partner and co-chair of its Condominium & Cooperative Practice. With more than 15 years of experience advising developers, lenders, boards and investors on sophisticated condominium and cooperative matters, Gutierrez brings deep experience to the firm’s already robust practice. 
  • FirstService Residential has made two leadership promotions on its executive team.  Brooke Rosenthal has been promoted to VP of new development, and Stuart Spiro has been appointed VP of the Condo/Co–op Werny Division. Both executives bring deep operational expertise and a strong track record of leadership within the organization. 
  • The Hudson Companies hired Isaac Henderson as Principal and Co-Head of Development, where he’ll oversee Hudson’s mixed-use portfolio, across affordable and market-rate housing. Henderson will be a member of Hudson’s Leadership Committee and will be responsible for guiding efforts to implement and maintain best-in-class standards, processes and procedures for the development team. 
  • Aspen Power, a leading distributed generation platform, announced that Jason Patsio has joined the company as Chief Commercial Officer. Patsio joins from Cypress Creek Energy, where he served as VP and head of asset management, responsible for the operational and commercial portfolio performance and asset optimization across a 2.5-GW portfolio of solar and battery storage. 
  • Northgate Real Estate Group has been named the #1 bankruptcy and restructuring brokerage and advisory firm in New York for the third consecutive year, according to New Generation Research’s BankruptcyData. Firm president Greg Corbin accepted the Leaderboard Award in person at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Annual Spring Meeting in Washington, DC. 
  • Bedrock Land Finance LLC, a full-suite provider of land banking and acquisition and development  lending for the U.S. homebuilding industry, has been selected as the exclusive land banking partner for the Guggenheim Investments Land Banking Strategy. The relationship with Guggenheim Investments, a global asset manager with more than $362 billion in total assets, significantly expands Bedrock’s institutional capital base and deepens its ability to support homebuilder partners.
