  • Skanska has made several promotions for the firm’s USA Civil operations in the Northeast.  John CreccoVincent Evola and Brian Reilly will now serve as SVPs of operations, Robert Coutts has been promoted to VP of operations for the firm’s Civil business unit in the New England region, Steve DelGrosso will be assuming the position of VP of operations in the New England region and Alexander Borovets has been promoted to chief engineer. 
  • Storage Deluxe, a Manhattan-based owner and developer of self-storage assets, appointed Cyril Pietrafesa as a partner of the firm. In his new role, Pietrafesa will lead strategic growth initiatives, focusing on driving expansion and acquisitions at Storage Deluxe and its affiliate, UOVO. 
  • Fifth Avenue Association announced Edward Pincar Jr. as its new president, effective March 31. Pincar, who most recently served as the Manhattan Borough Commissioner at the New York City Department of Transportation, will oversee the BID’s strategy for elevating Fifth Avenue’s status as the premier high street in New York City and worldwide. 
  • Renew, a rental apartment renewal and retention management platform, has strengthened its leadership team. Bill Knowles joins as VP of sales, while Brendan Campbell comes in as VP of product. 
  • Greystar has formed a strategic partnership with Bilt, a payments and resident loyalty platform for the multifamily industry. This partnership aims to enhance the resident experience across Greystar communities by introducing industry-leading benefits and rewards on rent payments and everyday spending. Bilt’s resident payments and loyalty platform is now live in approximately 900 Greystar communities, with plans for continued growth across its U.S. portfolio. 
  • HITT, a leading national commercial general contractor, has acquired Central Consulting & Contracting, a leading healthcare construction firm based in the New York metropolitan area. The company says the move strengthens its presence in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut while reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare construction solutions that support patient-centered care. 
  • Bluerock Value Exchange, a longtime, national sponsor of 1031 exchange and Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment programs, launched its latest 1031 exchange/DST offering known as BR Diversified Industrial Portfolio V, DST, which is seeking to raise approximately $36.7 million from accredited investors. DIP V represents BVEX’s 41st individual DST program and fifth sequential industrial-focused DST program. 
  • Atlas Capital Group, a full-service real estate investment, development, and property management firm based in New York, in partnership with Artists For Humanity (AFH), a non-profit organization dedicated to inspiring and mentoring teens through paid professional experiences, unveiled a permanent art installation titled, “Whispers of the Wind”. Located in the lobby of The Factory in Long Island City, the piece was assembled by teen artists from the local nonprofit.
