  • Siderofsky Strategic Advisors LLC announced that founder and managing principal Stephen Siderow has been named a senior advisor and operating partner to the general partner of RE VC, a real estate tech venture capital fund manager. Siderow will provide strategic advice, while also playing an active role in helping the leadership of RE VC to build, operate and scale the firm’s fund management business.  
  • Rebar, a vertical AI platform for the HVAC, electrical and plumbing industries, closed on a $14-million Series A financing. The round was led by Prudence, an early-stage venture firm investing in vertical AI companies leading the global transformation of the built world, with participation from Zero Infinity Partners, Founder Collective, Villain Capital and Optimist Ventures. 
  • Bilt, a rewards platform for apartment renters, has acquired Sion, a commission management platform used by more than 8,000 travel advisors, for $30 million. The acquisition strengthens Bilt’s ability to deliver on one of its members’ most popular rewards categories — travel — by building the infrastructure that supports the world’s best travel advisors in serving Bilt’s growing member base. 
  • Sparrow Management, a full-service property management firm serving real estate owners and developers, is celebrating its five-year anniversary, marking a period of rapid growth and expansion. In 2025, its strongest year to date, the company gained significant traction in the market, adding nine properties to its growing portfolio. Sparrow is now approaching a portfolio of over 2,000 units under management, with another five properties set to join the portfolio throughout the second quarter of 2026.
