  • Greystone has named Sahil Sagar Chief Information and Artificial Intelligence Officer—a newly created role leading the firm’s technology organization and driving its artificial intelligence strategy. Sagar is based in New York and reports directly to Steve Rosenberg, CEO and Founder of Greystone. 
  • Colliers announced that Sarah Cafaro has joined the firm as SVP. Based in New York, Cafaro brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and retail real estate, advising developers, family offices, and institutional investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and complex portfolio strategies. At Colliers, she will focus on expanding the firm’s retail investment sales platform while driving collaboration across service lines to better serve clients. 
  • Savills has promoted Allyson Bowen to Vice Chairman in the firm’s New York office, recognizing her longstanding tenure, exceptional client work and sustained success as one of the firm’s top producers in Manhattan. Over the course of a distinguished career spanning more than two decades at Savills, Bowen has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to occupiers navigating complex real estate decisions in New York City and beyond. 
  • MONTICELLOAM, LLC , a specialized seniors housing and multifamily bridge lending platform, has appointed Sara Hollander to its fundraising and portfolio management team. She joins MONTICELLOAM following a 13-year tenure at BlackRock, where she most recently served as Director and Head of Alternatives Sales Strategy for the Americas Institutional Business.  
  • Odyssey Retail Advisors, a retail real estate advisory group, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of industry veteran Marla Sokol. Previously Vice President of Luxury Leasing at The Taubman Company, Sokol led leasing efforts across some of the industry’s most prestigious retail destinations, including Crystals Las Vegas, The Mall at Green Hills, Cherry Creek Shopping Center, and International Plaza. 
  • TRITEC Real Estate Company has promoted Kevin S. Law to Principal, recognizing his significant contributions to the firm and his leadership across both the private and public sectors. Law currently serves as Partner and EVP at TRITEC, where he plays an integral role in the firm’s development strategy.  
  • Newbond Holdings has expanded its hospitality asset management team with the addition of Ryan Leung as Associate. Leung joins Newbond from Ohana Real Estate Investors, where he was involved in the asset management and strategic execution of luxury hospitality investments. During his tenure, he supported major initiatives across high-profile resort properties, including brand and management transitions, transaction closings, and recapitalization efforts, while developing investment performance analyses and reporting for senior leadership and capital partners. 
  • EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a national insurance brokerage and consulting firm providing specialized services and products across select industries, appointed James R. Pierce as chairman within its national natural resources practice. Since joining EPIC as senior advisor in June 2025, Pierce has played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence and credibility within natural resources, cultivating strategic connections with leading organizations and positioning the firm for continued growth.  
  • GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., a multi-disciplinary firm providing geotechnical, environmental, ecological, water, and construction management services, has named Olga Abinader, a former Director of the Environmental Assessment and Review Division at the New York City Department of City Planning, as an Associate Principal. Based in GZA’s Manhattan offices, Abinader will play a key leadership role within the firm’s planning practice, helping clients navigate land use regulations, environmental impact assessments, and sustainable development initiatives. 
  • Pennoni, a multidisciplinary, 100% employee-owned engineering firm, has hired Ken DeGennaro, PE, as civil engineering lead in the firm’s New York City office. In this role, DeGennaro will lead Pennoni’s civil engineering practice in the region, with a focus on expanding services across the greater NYC metropolitan area, Connecticut and New Jersey.
