  • Multifamily REIT Veris Residential, Inc. has appointed Christopher Papa, EVP and CFO at CenterPoint Properties, to the company’s board of directors. Papa has more than 30 years of experience working across real estate, accounting and corporate finance. Veris also announced that Ronald M. Dickerman, president and founder of Madison International Realty, is stepping down from the board after two years’ service. 
  • CRED iQ, a data and analytics platform specializing in commercial real estate finance, has added Mary Sue Lundy as director of sales. Lundy comes to CRED iQ with extensive and diverse experience in CRE finance. Most recently, she was with CoStar, where she served as senior sales executive. 
  • The Davis Companies, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development and management firm, announced that Andrew Kurd will join the firm as managing director to lead its New York City office. Kurd will be a member of the firm’s investment committee and will focus on growing the firm’s investment platform throughout the region. He joins Davis after more than 15 years in the real estate investment and banking sectors in the Greater New York market, most recently as co-CIO at Savanna. 
  • David Wright has joined North Bridge ESG LLC, a provider of real estate credit solutions, as managing director. Wright will play a pivotal role in advancing North Bridge’s commercial real estate financing platform, bringing deep industry expertise to guide market expansion and support long-term platform scalability. He joins North Bridge from the real estate investment group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. 
  • Tishman Speyer, Schindler, GRESB and EQT Real Estate joined leading sustainability innovators at 30 Rockefeller Center for the recent Sustainable Real Estate Forum, a cornerstone event of New York Energy Week 2025, hosted by Peter Panayi, head of global go-to-market at BuildingMinds. The afternoon event featured keynote presentations from Brookfield, alongside a panel discussion titled “Data-driven Decarbonization: Unlocking Value Across Real Estate & Infrastructure,” moderated by award-winning keynote speaker Nikki Greenberg.
