  • JLL announced that retail real estate veterans Joshua Strauss and Scott Zinovoy have joined the firm’s New York Retail team. Strauss joins as Executive Managing Director and Zinovoy joins as Senior Vice President, and they will work alongside Vice Chairman Patrick A. Smith to expand JLL’s retail leasing capabilities across New York and the country. 
  • Cohen & Steers, Inc. appointed Erik Schneberger as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. Based in New York, Mr. Schneberger will lead the firm’s global marketing department, overseeing all marketing initiatives across distribution channels and regions worldwide.  Schneberger joins Cohen & Steers with over 20 years of marketing experience, building and leading award-winning marketing organizations at some of the industry’s most recognized investment firms. 
  • A&G Real Estate Partners, a national real estate advisory firm specializing in lease optimization, lease renegotiations, real estate sales, and strategic real estate solutions, announced that Andrew Jacobs has joined the firm to lead its real estate sales division, effective immediately. Jacobs will report to Emilio Amendola, A&G’s Co-Founder and Co-CEO, and will be based out of the firm’s New York City office. 
  • PKF O’Connor Davies, one of the nation’s largest accounting, tax and advisory practices, announced that Anthony DelValle, CPA, has joined the organization as Partner in its Real Estate Tax practice. He is based in the Firm’s New York City office. DelValle brings more than 25 years of experience providing tax planning, compliance and consulting services with a focus on real estate and partnership taxation. 
  • DLC announced that Basil Donnelly has been named Chief Financial, Legal, and Business Officer, expanding his executive leadership responsibilities as the company continues its growth as one of the nation’s leading owner-operators of open-air shopping centers. A member of Team DLC since 2010, Donnelly will now oversee the company’s finance, accounting, legal, and enterprise intelligence functions. 
  • Ashwin Datta has joined the Manhattan office of Colliers as an Analyst with the Colliers Hospitality Practice Group. A recent graduate of Cornell University’s Baker Program in Real Estate, Datta returns to Colliers after completing a 2025 internship with the team.  
  • Anne S. Babineau, Shareholder and Senior Counsel – Special Projects in the Real Estate and Redevelopment group at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A., has been named to the NJBIZ 2026 Law Power List. The list recognizes New Jersey attorneys whose influence, professional accomplishments, and leadership have made a meaningful impact on the legal profession and the business community.
