  • RIPCO Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, has expanded its teams in Queens, Long Island and Manhattan. The new hires include Thomas Tyne as director of investment sales, and Jack Rovner and Daniel Yeu as associates, all based in RIPCO’s Queens office. Paul Karasaridis will join the Long Island office as an associate, and Amelia Kaplan will join the Manhattan office, also as an associate. 
  • Andover Properties, a leading investment firm specializing in alternative real estate asset classes, appointed Arad Yedidia as CFO. With more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, he most recently served as CFO at East End Capital Partners. 
  • Morrison Cohen added Aaron Taishoff to the firm’s real estate practice in New York. He joins as a partner and will focus on a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions. 
  • First National Realty Partners (FNRP), a national private equity commercial real estate firm, has hired Jeff Kellams as director of leasing. In this role, Kellams will lead leasing initiatives across the firm’s retail portfolio, supporting FNRP’s mission to deliver exceptional value through targeted tenant strategies. 
  • The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) has named a decades-long leader in affordable housing, economic development and impact investing to spearhead its National Housing team. Valerie White, who has served as senior executive director at LISC New York since 2020, will now also oversee LISC’s national efforts to build on its $30.4 billion in affordable housing investments.

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
