  • Modern Spaces recently announced a major leadership transition as longtime executives Jennifer Dorfmann and Arlinda Dine have been promoted to managing partners. Dorfmann now serves as president and Arlinda as COO.  
  • U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF), an EB-5 Regional Center facilitating U.S. permanent residency for global families through job-creating real estate investments, has appointed Geoff Li as managing partner for China. This strategic addition comes as USIF celebrates its 15th year anniversary and accelerates its global expansion efforts with a sharpened focus on China. 
  • Allied Partners, a privately held real estate development and management firm with premier assets in New York and Miami, has appointed Ronan Kearney as president of Allied Partners Residential Management. The firm currently manages more than $3 billion in residential assets across both owned and third-party buildings. 
  • Triangle Equities has been awarded a $1-million grant from Empire State Development in recognition of Terminal Logistics Center, a Class-A, 413,936-square-foot, five-story vertical warehouse facility located at 130-02 S. Conduit Ave. in Jamaica, Queens, along with the project’s job creation and community impact efforts. Empire State Development awarded Triangle Equities’ Terminal Logistics Center due to the project’s immensely positive impact on the community, job creation, and Triangle Equities’ flexibility in considering community needs throughout the project’s development.  
  • DeSimone Consulting Engineering has been recognized with four 2025 Richard H. Corbetta Awards by the Concrete Industry Board of New York City, including the Grand Award for the structural design of 55 Willoughby, a 46-story residential tower that cantilevers over an adjacent building in Brooklyn. The awards, which celebrate engineering excellence and superior concrete construction, will be presented at the Annual Roger H. Corbetta Awards Dinner on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at the Rainbow Room in Manhattan. 
  • Mace Group announced a majority investment in Mace Consult by Private Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives through a carve-out from Mace Group. The new partnership will support Mace Consult’s ambition to become the world’s leading programme management consultant as an independent business. 
  • Turning Rock Partners, a private investment firm based in New York, announced the full realization of its investment in Capital Square. Capital Square is a national real estate investment and management company based in Richmond, VA.

His tenure in B2B publishing stretches back into the print era, and he has served as Editor in Chief on four national trade publications. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
