Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of two 12-unit apartment properties located on Chicago’s North Side

New York Investor Scoops Up Two North Side Apartment Properties

Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of 922 W. George St. and 855 W. Grace St., two 12-unit apartment properties located on Chicago’s North Side. The properties sold for a total of $6,250,000. 

Kyle A. Stengle, senior managing director and an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Golub Company, and its Boston-based partner.   

The buyer, a New York-based investor, was secured and represented by SVP Steve Rachman and associate Benjamin Conte, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office.
