New York Cares Signs New FiDi Lease

New York Cares, the largest volunteer network in New York City, has signed an 8,280-square-foot lease at 39 Broadway in New York.

The nonprofit organization will occupy the entire 27th floor of the 447,400-square-foot office building, which is located in the Financial District. Other tenants in the building include the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor and Food Bank for New York City.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Carri Lyon and Jenna Catalon represented the tenant in the transaction. Cammeby’s Management Company, LLC was represented by Brian Siegel.
