New York Road Runners will fill 40,000 square feet of space at a brand new warehouse property that just opened at 535 Zerega Ave. in the South Bronx, close to the East River.

“Modern warehouse space is in short supply in the Bronx. Construction on 535 Zerega was completed just a few months ago, and it became highly desirable due to its high ceilings, parking and access to major transportation arteries,” said Josh Gopan, director of leasing for Simone Metro Properties.

DJ Ambulette has also expanded its space at the property to 30,000 square feet. That fills the 70,000-square-foot space at 535 Zerega Ave. Colliers International NY represented New York Road Runners in the transaction.
