New View of the Murray Hill Marquis

LeFrak just released new photos of the renovated apartments now available for rent at the Murray Hill Marquis — a former boutique hotel in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan.

Rents start at $2,575 for studio apartments, with concessions of one month free rent on select units. Built in 1987, the 37-story tower at 150 East 34th St. operated for years as a hotel. LeFrak is converting the old hotel rooms into 260 luxury apartments, including new Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone quartz counters, hardwood oak floors and open kitchen layouts in most units.
