The next time you ask Capital One for a commercial real estate loan, you’ll probably work with John Crosby, the new Head of Commercial Underwriting and Portfolio Management.

Crosby was most recently in the healthcare business. He joined Capital One in 2015, when the bank bought General Electric Capital Corporation’s Healthcare Financial Services lending business, where he served as Chief Credit Officer. Prior to joining G.E. Capital in 1993, Crosby was an Audit Manager with KPMG.
