New Tenants on Tap at Hill Country Galleria

Six new tenants will be hanging their shingles during fall 2018 at the 1.3-million-square-foot mixed-use Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, TX, just west of downtown Austin. Joining the tenant roster are:

• Lululemon
• Tredagain, an upcycled tire footwear company; its first location
• GOGA Goat Yoga; its first location
• Saltgrass Steak House
• Lanai, a women’s boutique
• Flip ‘N Art, an art gallery

The Hill Country Galleria is at Bee Cave Road, and State Highways 720 and 71. The development, which underwent a multimillion-dollar upgrade in 2017, has 713,000 square feet of retail space, 285,000 of Class A office space, apartments and condominiums, and 50 acres of green space. Invesco Real Estate acquired the property in 2014.
