New Shops at Rockefeller Center Offer Unique Experiences
Rockefeller Center is working hard to curate a unique shopping experience for its thousands of daily visitors. You can see that effort in the choice of three new retailers: a PIQtoo gift shop, a T2 tea shop and Zazen Bear, a Korean jewelry retailer.
None of the new stores are anything shoppers are likely to know from their hometown shopping mall.
PIQtoo will open later this summer on the Concourse Level of 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The store is inspired by the Japanese Kawaii movement with plush items, accessories, toys, and collectibles from cult brands including Rilakkuma, Tokidoki, San-x and Craftholic.
T2 is now open at 620 Fifth Ave. It offers over 200 loose leaf blends in “a customer-focused, education-based, in-store experience.”
Zazen Bear is also open on the Concourse Level of 30 Rockefeller Plaza. Its shopping experience is meant to be “meaningful and relaxing,” offering fashion, jewelry, gifts and its own exclusive aromatherapy candles.
