New Shopping Center Two-Thirds Leased in Union, NJ

On August 31, 2017, Bob’s Discount Furniture will open a 31,400-square-foot store at a new shopping center in Union, NJ.  The furniture store will fill the entire second floor of the center, located on Route 22 and West Chestnut St.

A 37,000-square-foot LA Fitness will also open this fall at the 110,000-square-foot center

“As two of America’s premier retail operators, Bob’s Discount Furniture and LA Fitness serve as ideal anchor tenants for Greenleaf at Union,” said Michael Horne, first vice president for CBRE.

Greenleaf at Union has a 23,000-square-foot junior anchor space available, as well as smaller spaces, ranging in size from approximately 1,400 square feet.
