New Shopping Center 80% Leased in Morris County, NJ
Hanover Crossroads, a new, 107,000-square-foot shopping center in Cedar Knolls, NJ (Morris County) is nearly 80 percent leased.
“The site had been vacant since 1995 and was an eyesore,” said Marc Schlussel, co-managing partner with developer Key Properties. “Our goal was to transform the property into an attractive, first-class shopping and social destination.”
The openings at 110 East Hanover Ave., at the stoplight with Ridgedale Ave., include AutoZone, QuickChek and MedExpress Urgent Care. Additional leases include T.J.Maxx, HomeGoods, Five Below and ULTA Beauty.
