Shake Shack Coming to Jackson Heights 

Shake Shack is set to open its 51st New York location in Jackson Heights, Queens, in 2024. This marks the 4th company-owned Shake Shack in Queens. 

Located at 82-11 37th Avenue, the 2,727-square-foot indoor dining space is in Heritage Tower, a mixed-use building that underwent renovation in 2021. 

Benjamin Weiner and Christopher Walther of RIPCO Real Estate and Kostas Koutsothanasis of RockFarmer Properties represented the landlord, RockFarmer Properties, in the transaction. Roberto Rhett of GoodSpace NYC represented Shake Shack.
