New Seattle Waterfront Office Development Tops Out

The Jack, Seattle’s newest office development along the redesigned pedestrian-friendly waterfront, has reached a major milestone. Developer Urban Visions has celebrated the completion of the building’s rooftop with a topping out ceremony, marking the end of structural construction and the beginning of exterior finishings and interior work.

“We look forward to opening The Jack in 2023,” said Greg Smith, Urban Visions CEO. “Urban Visions is committed to creating iconic spaces that reflect the regions values while providing the kind of workspaces that foster innovation, collaboration and community, and The Jack is just that.”

Designed by Olson Kundig and built by JTM Construction, The Jack features modern amenities that meed the needs of today’s workforce. The building includes WiredScore, WELL Building, LEED, Salmon-Safe and SEAM certifications, aimed to create a sustainable and healthy workplace. The Jack’s 16,000-square-foot rooftop deck provides expansive Puget Sound views and the building offers direct access to a newly created habitat shelf.
