New Seasons Market Relocating Store Support HQ to Portland’s Central Eastside

New Seasons Market will relocate its store support headquarters to Skylight at the Electric Blocks, an office campus owned by Killian Pacific, located at 120 SE Clay Street, in Portland’s Central Eastside.

New Seasons Market will occupy space at the Skylight building, an 83,000-square-foot mass timber property at the Electric Blocks campus. New Seasons Market will establish its new headquarters at Skylight, on the second floor of the building, encompassing approximately 32,000 square feet. Leasing for the Electric Blocks is provided by Jake Lancaster and Jessica Ramey at JLL.

The Skylight building is a part of the Electric Blocks, a five-building, 350,000-square-foot campus in Portland’s Central Eastside designed to meet the needs of modern workplaces. With nearly 6,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space, 300-plus parking stalls, and 400-plus bike parking spots, the campus offers flexibility, access, and thoughtful amenities, anchored in long-term sustainability, including some of Portland’s earliest cross-laminated timber office buildings and new rooftop solar arrays.
