Developers Okland Capital and San Tan Development Group have started construction on the first six buildings at Northside at SanTan Village, a new development totaling 37,245 square feet between Williams Field and Ray roads in Gilbert. Aline Architecture Concepts performed the design work on the project.

In addition, construction on a 134-key Marriott Springhill Suites will start next month. The hotel will take up about 10 of the 20 acres for Northside at SanTan Village. The restaurant and retail buildings’ grand opening is scheduled for November 2025, while the hotel is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026.

The Phoenix Business Journal reports a future phase, which will feature the other 10 acres, is being conceptualized. In total, Northside at SanTan Village will represent an investment of over $100 million, with the first phase accounting for between $60 million and $70 million of that total.
