New Rialto Industrial Project Secures $25M Construction Loan, JLL Arranges

New Rialto Industrial Project Secures $25M Construction Loan

JLL Capital Markets has arranged $24.93 million in construction financing for the development of Rialto II, a 114,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility in the Inland Empire city of Rialto, CA. JLL represented the borrower, Lovett Industrial, in securing the three-year, fixed-rate loan through American Realty Advisors.

Located at 1910 W. Renaissance Parkway, the 6-acre site is located just off the 210 Freeway and within four miles of Interstates 15 and 215 with easy connectivity to Ontario International Airport. Additionally, the property is proximate to the Union Pacific Intermodal Yard and has access to the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.

Once completed, Rialto II will feature 36’ clear heights, two grade level doors, 12 dock-high doors, a 130-foot truck court and 90 parking stalls.

The JLL Capital Markets Debt Advisory Team that arranged the loan was led by Peter Thompson, Samuel Godfrey and Jordan Leake.
