New Retail Leases Bring Riverside Center to Full Occupancy
Progressive Real Estate Partners arranged the signing of three new leases totaling 24,220 square feet at Canyon Springs Marketplace in Riverside. The new tenancies bring the popular regional center to 100% leased.
President Brad Umansky and senior retail specialist Albert Lopez of Progressive Real Estate exclusively marketed the property and represented the landlord, TDA Investment Group, in securing the following leases:
- Boot Barn – 18,300 square feet – opening this fall
- Sephora – 4,320 square feet – recently opened
- Urbane Café – 1,600 square feet – recently opened
In addition to these leases, Umansky and Lopez also represented the landlord in the leases with Nordstrom Rack, which opened last fall, and Big Lots, which opened in the spring of 2021.
