New Restaurants Unveiled for Saltillo Development

Austin developer Endeavor Real Estate Group has announced an initial list of tenants that will be taking space at its 10-acre redevelopment project. Downtown Austin bar Ginger Man will be relocating to Plaza Saltillo, which has been rebranded as simply, Saltillo. Joining the bar will be Dolce Neve gelato shop, Tarka Indian Kitchen, Epoch Coffee, Stout Burgers & Beer and Barcelona, which is a wine and tapas bar.

The East Austin transit-oriented development, which is expected to be completed in 2019, will also offer a public market for vendors to sell a variety of food, goods and services. The site, near Interstate 35 and East Fifth Street, will also offer 800 residential units, 180,000 square feet of retail space and 140,000-square-feet of office space, along with paseos and pocket parks.
