New Restaurant Cece’s Roland Park Comes to Baltimore

Caves Valley Partners has signed a lease with The Cordish Companies to operate Cece’s Roland Park, an upscale restaurant in Baltimore’s Village of Cross Keys.

The 7,000-square-foot restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor spaces, including a curated patio, a main dining area, a signature bar, and a Trattoria-inspired room with an open flame pizza oven. The outdoor patio will include seating, firepits, and a stage for live music. Led by Chef John Suley, the menu will focus on coastal cuisine with Mediterranean influences.

“We are being very strategic about the types of tenants we are bringing to Cross Keys,” said Arsh Mirmiran, a partner at Caves Valley Partners and the lead developer of Cross Keys. “The vision for Cece’s exceeds our already high expectations for an American restaurant, as well as for the activation of the east courtyard. Construction is underway, with an anticipated opening in spring 2024.
