Quincy Resi Development Opens  

FoxRock Properties has welcomed its inaugural residents at Center & Stone, a multifamily and retail complex in Quincy Center, MA. The Stone building, offering 66 studio and one-bedroom apartments, features a penthouse amenity lounge and rooftop deck, fitness and yoga rooms. 

The project includes restoring the historic Quincy Masonic Temple for a new restaurant, with a 135-unit residential building to follow and amenities including pet-friendly amenities from an outdoor courtyard with pool and fire pits to lounge spaces and co-working areas.
