New Property Management Firm Oakwood Realty Launches

Long-time industry veteran, Jason Lenhoff, has formed Oakwood Realty Group LLC, a full-service property management firm. After spending many decades working alongside his father, Stuart, Lenhoff determined that the time was right to return to his roots.

Lenhoff said, “Our goal is to help stabilize assets, improve returns via tenant retention, and maintain a keen eye to physical property details, helping owners save money and operate their properties at a high level.”

Oakwood provides asset management, property management and construction management services. The firm oversees more than 25 properties, spanning over one million square feet with hundreds of tenants. Based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago in Lake Zurich, Illinois, Oakwood serves the greater Chicagoland area, as well as Wisconsin and Indiana.
