New Private Equity Firm Signs Sublease in Meatpacking District
Springcoast Capital Partners, a private growth equity firm, has signed a sublease for 4,743 square feet of space at 860 Washington in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.
Located at 860 Washington Street, the firm will occupy part of the sixth floor of the newly constructed 117,230 square feet office building owned by Meadow Partners. CBRE’s Neil King and Zac Price represented Springcoast Capital in the lease negotiations with the subtenant.
Founded by Holger Staude, an ex-managing director at Goldman Sachs Growth, and Grant Wentworth, the founder and managing partner of family office Maple Partners, Springcoast Capital focuses on providing flexible capital to market-leading software and technology-enabled companies. “We are excited to continue to grow and to partner with world-leading companies and to build our future in a culturally rich part of New York City,” said Wentworth.
