New Phoenix Hotel Blends in Historic Building
Anish Hotel Group decided it liked the old Fuller Paint Company building in downtown Phoenix. The building now hosts the hotel reception area, lobby, Fuller’s Bar, and meeting space of a new Home2 Suites by Hilton.
“This new property is a unique twist on a comfortable brand that incorporates a 95-year-old historic building with a brand new 6-story tower in downtown,” said Anish Patel, owner and developer. “The original brick and windows were able to be preserved and restored while the tower offers 148 guest rooms with all-new finishes, inside and out.”
Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown offers all-suite accommodations including a full kitchen and a flexible working/media space. The hotel also features complimentary daily breakfast, a combined laundry and fitness area, and Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items. The property also has a bar and 1200 square feet of meeting space.
