New Partnership Claims Idaho’s Tamarack Resort

Tamarack Resort Holdings (TRH) acquired of all of Tamarack Resort’s operations and key assets in Donnelly, ID, a resort and farming community 90 miles north of Boise. The TRH partnership includes investors and managers who bring experience in resort property development and operations.

TRH’s Jon Reveal says, “Our team looks forward to proving our commitment to all our guests through investment, completion of unfinished projects and improved resort amenities and offerings.”

Plans include completing the Village Plaza with enhanced retail, restaurant, lodging and resort operations in time for the 2019-2020 winter season. The partially-completed Village Plaza includes 36,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space and 143 for-sale condos.

The resort opened in 2004, but fell victim to the global financial crisis. Homeowners stepped in to save the mountain from creditors, and for the past eight years it was operated by the Tamarack Municipal Association.

He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
